Liability Policy

Boston Luxury Chauffeur is not liable for any delays or issues that may arise due to circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic, weather conditions, or vehicle breakdowns.

Behavior Policy:

Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards our drivers and property. Any damages caused by the client will be charged accordingly.

Refund Policy

1. Eligibility: Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service.

2.Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at walid@bostonlosacar.com Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

3.Non-Refundable Fees: Booking fees are non-refundable.

Safety Policy

Driver Qualifications: All our drivers are professionally trained, fully licensed, and undergo regular background checks and training.

Vehicle Maintenance: Our vehicles are meticulously maintained and regularly inspected to ensure the highest standards of safety and comfort.

Passenger Safety: Passengers are required to wear seatbelts at all times. Child seats are available upon request and must be used according to state regulations.

COVID-19 Measures: We adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including enhanced cleaning protocols, to ensure the safety of our clients and drivers.
